Scroll Ice Cream is Australia’s first cold plate ice creamery. We were inspired by Thai street vendors while on holiday in Phuket, and amazed by their concept. We just knew we had to share this new way of making ice cream with our friends.
Prepared in a way you have never seen, Scroll Ice Cream is the complete ice cream experience. Each order of ice cream is made using the finest local ingredients, often sourced directly from farmers and markets in Australia.
Our ice cream is preservative and stabiliser free. Our cold plate machine reaches temperatures well below -20°C. This means we’re able to create ice cream that produces smaller ice molecules to make it naturally smoother and creamier, completely eliminating the need to add in additional fat and emulsifiers to create the same rich, creamy texture we all love in ice cream.
